Investment process

The properties in the Residentia fund go through a thorough evaluation process. The main criteria of this evaluation are the location of the property and the income it generates, as well as an examination of the condition of the real estate carried out by specialists.

If this evaluation process has a positive outcome, the property offered for purchase is subjected to further examination by an independent expert. If this evaluation is also positive, a purchase proposal is drawn up and subsequently examined by the various decision-making bodies of the fund.
